EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Zanna studied Classics at King’s College, Cambridge but got her taste for Latin while she attended Camden School for Girls in North London where Classics (including ancient Greek) is still going strong today. A professionally trained violinist, Zanna also has a background in drama and the visual arts and graduated as a Scholar from the MA Psychology programme at New York University.

PROGRAMME OFFICER

Sara joined The Latin Programme in 2025 as Programme Officer, and supports the charity's day-to-day operations, with a particular focus on finance. She holds an International MBA from the University of South Carolina and an MSc in Project Management from London South Bank University. A self-professed language nerd, she particularly appreciates the year she spent learning Latin in high school for how much it supported her learning of other languages.

PROGRAMME CO-ORDINATOR

Hannah joined The Latin Programme as Programme Coordinator in 2022, and assists with the day-to-day running of the charity. Having been lucky enough to start learning Latin as a beginner at university, Hannah is passionate about improving access to the study of the ancient world. She has a PhD in Classics from the University of Cambridge, and has taught Latin and Roman literature at university level.

LATIN TEACHER

Rhiannon joined The Latin Programme in 2026, and loves sharing her passion for Latin. Her love for all things classical started at school, and she studied Classics at Robinson College, Cambridge before completing her PGCE at Hughes Hall, Cambridge. Formerly a secondary school teacher, Rhiannon has worked in museums since 2016, and is currently based at Sir John Soane’s Museum alongside her teaching practice. She firmly believes in access to Classics and culture for all.

PROGRAMME CO-ORDINATOR (MATERNITY COVER)

Lauren joined The Latin Programme in 2026, covering for Hannah as Programme Coordinator. She studied Latin at secondary school and Classics at university, where she volunteered as a Latin club leader in a primary school, an experience which shaped her belief in the subject's power to engage young people. Lauren is passionate about helping to make Latin and the ancient world accessible and exciting. Outside of the Programme, she also has a background in illustration.
